We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may be eligible for a refund according to the terms described in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Physical products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Digital products must not have been excessively downloaded, accessed, or used.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.).

Refund Process for Physical Products

For physical products like workbooks, planners, and printed materials, the refund process is as follows:

  2. Return Authorization: If your refund request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return the Product: Return the product in its original condition and packaging to the address provided in the return instructions. The RAN must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  5. Refund Processing: If the return meets our criteria, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return can be located if needed.

Refund Process for Digital Products

Damaged or Defective Products

For damaged or defective products:

  • We will arrange for the return of the damaged product at our expense.
  • Upon verification, we will either replace the product or provide a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Personalized or Customized Products

Products that have been customized or personalized for your specific requirements are generally not eligible for refunds unless they are received damaged or defective.
